Okay BD Terms & Conditions – Complete Guidelines for Members

Please read these Terms & Conditions in full before using the okay bd website and services. By registering or using okay bd, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between okay bd and its members. Users residing outside Bangladesh are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the service complies with the laws of their own country.

These terms and conditions were last updated in July 2026. If new terms are added, okay bd will notify members in a timely manner.

Accurate and truthful information is required when registering with okay bd. Providing false information may result in account termination at any time.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
• The mobile number used during registration must be your own and must be active.
• You may be asked to provide your National ID (NID) or passport details for age verification.
• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone. Account security is the member's own responsibility.
• Keep your address and contact details up to date from what you provided at registration.

Okay bd reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

Okay bd supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Supported payment methods are subject to change.

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 for bKash and Nagad, and ৳5,000 for bank transfer.
• Maximum deposit limits are determined by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically instant. Bank transfers may take 1–3 hours.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Betting with credit card funds or borrowed money is strongly discouraged.

KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Your first withdrawal may take up to 48 hours to process.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. No withdrawal fees apply.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus rollover requirements have been met.
• You may be required to upload a national ID and selfie for KYC verification.
• A successfully processed withdrawal request cannot be cancelled.

Okay bd offers a range of bonuses – welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, free bets, and vouchers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions.

• Each bonus has its own rollover requirement. Wagering conditions must be met within a specified timeframe after the bonus is credited.
• The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only and cannot be claimed more than once.
• Voucher codes can only be used once. Expired codes will not be accepted.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, okay bd reserves the right to cancel the bonus and review the account.
• You cannot have more than one active bonus at a time, unless otherwise specified.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled. Please review all details carefully before placing a bet.
• okay bd is not responsible for unconfirmed bets due to internet issues or other technical problems before a match begins.
• If a match is fully cancelled, your stake will be refunded. Specific rules apply to postponed matches.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
• In a parlay bet, all selections must win. If any single selection loses, the entire bet is considered lost.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on okay bd. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

• Opening multiple accounts or using bonuses across more than one account.
• Artificial betting or bet-washing to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Hacking, software exploits, or taking advantage of technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Exploiting system errors to generate abnormal profits.

Okay bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons.

• If a terms violation is suspected.
• If KYC verification has not been completed, or if false information is found.
• Multiple accounts found under the same user.
• In cases of unusual or suspicious transactions.
• If the member wishes to close their own account.

Before closing an account, okay bd will conduct an investigation and contact the member if necessary. If cleared, the account can be reinstated.

Okay bd takes the privacy of its members' personal data very seriously. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties without authorization.

• All data is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Transaction records are stored in a secure database.
• Your data is never shared with third parties except where required by law.
• Even after account closure, certain data may be retained for a specified period as required by law.
